Casiss is the elder of the village Akira, and leads the harvest of nysillin. With the regular influx of clones taking the crop on a regular basis, Akira has taken to selling other crops, the rare excess of nysillin, and has even been rumored to sell actual weapons out of his hut, but this last claim has yet to be confirmed. Several raids have turned up no secret weapons cache.
